Ken Pinchiff, President
Ken Pinchiff started Pinchiff Mechanical in 2013 with one of the primary goals of making a positive difference not only in this industry, but also in the construction industry overall and in the local community. His many years of experience and education in both engineering and business management make him uniquely qualified to make a difference and provide the absolute best product for his customers as well as making Pinchiff Mechanical a great place to work. Since moving to the Seattle area he has helped design and manage well over 1,000 projects ranging in size from $5,000 to $2 million.
Ken has worked in the mechanical industry for 30 years. He started by sweeping floors for his dad in a parts warehouse. Soon after that he moved into the field installing HVAC systems while finishing his engineering degree. After finishing his Mechanical Engineering degree in 1988, Ken worked as a Project Manager and then Account Manager for a large mechanical firm in the Los Angeles area. In 1991 he moved to Seattle to work as a Project Manager and Account Executive for a local firm while completing his MBA. Eventually Ken became a Vice President and managed the Special Projects and Tenant Improvement division.
Terry Gredler, Superintendent
Terry Gredler has been in the Mechanical Contracting Business since 1979 when he became a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 66. He has built many high profile and complex projects over his career from High Rise Towers, Medical Centers, Data Centers, Industrial Facilities and Major Office Complexes.
He has been described as a Planner, Organizer, Knowledgeable and a Leader in the business of Mechanical Contracting. At Pinchiff Mechanical Terry oversees Operations, Project Planning and Labor. Terry is a native of the Puget Sound Area and lives in Auburn with his wife Rosemary.
